Installed the trim and flap motor control board. After wasting my time trying to make mounting brackets to minimize the vibration, I finally realized that the simplest solution may be the best.
I tie-wrapped the board the the spar box.
Then I ran a 12v positive tot he flap circuit and jumpered it over to the trim motor side.
