Brief Description: Horizontal Stabilizer - Skins / Rear Spar

Fitted Skins over the Skeleton and secured with HS wood jigs. Put clecos in every third hole or so on both sides. Added Rear Spar to Skeleton and Skins the drilled all Skin holes out with #41 reamer.
