Brief Description: Started lower front floor of fuseage
One year anniversary today for the 601 and I! I drilled my first hole Feb 22, 2007. So far, pretty good progress! 275.68 total hours so far.
I didnt have much time to work on the plane today. I pulled out the lower front skin and the foot rest and rudder support parts and drilled them together.
I spent some more money today. I bought the Grove gear for the plane. Why? First and foremost was the gun-drilling. I hated the way the photo manual showed the brake lines. Secondly was the weight savings (about 15lbs). There is a six week leadtime, so I should be ready for them when they come.
