Brief Description:  Rear Bulkhead assembly

While waiting for an answer back from Zenith about my wing skinning issue, I thought I would jump into something that would keep me going. I decided to start making some parts for the fuselage! The first two items that need to be completed are the 6B1-1 and 6B1-2 bulkheads. Assembly was straight forward and required a little jig to be made to ensure the proper length of each and that they are square.

The 6B1-1 required the attachment of the 1/8" nylon 66 plastic fairlead. The instructions tell you to trace the back of the lightening hole and trim, but that leaves a great deal up for interpretation on how much to trim. I hope I didn't get too agressive in the trim and that it will work. If not, it will be easy to replace in the future.
