Brief Description: Installed nose skin on right wing
FINALLY back to work. I have a few commitments over the next week, but after that, it is back to full-time building. Working at Kitplane Builders (KPB from now on) is great. I was surprised at the amount of work I got done without interuption. Perhaps it was because I was wearing headphones, listening to an audio book that no one interupted me.
The nose skin was pulled down and drilled to the top nose ribs. Alignment of the ribs was a bit challenging but nothing horrible. As with the left wing, the skins are slightly out of alignment...at least they match! Since I have been assured by ZAC that it is not a structural issue, I am just going to have to make some trimming adjustments on the tips.
The skins were removed and deburred. Next up is priming and then onto the wingtips!
