Brief Description:  finished right jury stru, ran engine and taxi-ed

Finished right jury struts and hold open sanctions. Added placards for prop arc/ prop warning. Adjusted carb linkages to address the high idle problem. Pushed her out and tied her up. Tested the electrical connection for the solenoid. Discovered that there is a disconnect between the ignition switch and the solenoid. I will have to run a new wire all the way back. I grabbed my trusty
screwdriver and started her up. She ran arounf 3000 RPMs, still too high but I could let her run for a few minutes at this RPM setting. I let her run for a minute or so and shut her down. I di notice that the oil pressure was at 91 during the first run. I checked the oil and added some. I figured that the pressure was hgih because it did not have a chance to warm up at all. So I decided it would be OK to run her again. I untied her and started her up again. This time I watched as the oil pressure slowly dropped to normal operating range. I wathced as the oil and H2O temps rose. I watched the EGTs rize to normal ranges. With the RPMs still on the 3000+ range I decided to taxi very carefully. I nudged the throttle and the RPMs jumped higher and off I went. I kind of moved forward and stopped and forward and stoped, just like a teenager learning to drive a stick for the first time .
I moved toward the asphault taxiway slowly. As I turned onto the taiway she immediately moved forward faster so I immediately turned off back into the grass. As I knew before I started the
