Brief Description: Diagnosed throttle cable, nose wheel, and tachomet
Throttle cable still wasn't working correctly so I adjusted and fixed. Started and taxied around the airport. The nose wheels still shimmied and vibrated so I adjusted. The tachometer was not functioning so I checked the wires and found that the plug wasn't connecting totally so I fixed.
