Attached F840 push tube assembly to the F635 bellcrank and the elevator horns and began setting elevator deflection by trimming elevator stops The forward stop (F811-D spacer) didnt allow enough for both horns to contact stop at maximum deflection so I will need to fabricate one with a longer flange Fabricated a new F811D spacer from .125 inch and half angle. Filed end to get the elevator horns to make contact at22 degrees deflection from neutral. Up was set at 25 degrees deflection from neutral.
