Had to rearrange the shop so I could get the horizantal stabilizer clamped to fuselage. Leveled fuselage at F804-1 Center Section Set horizantal stabilizer in place with spacers and 3/16 drill bit per plans. Measured for center and clamped HS to F811 stab bars. Used some of the Center Section spacer blocks I had used initiall when setting up Center Section for where the wings attach. Set them on the intersection of F708 rib and rear spar and hecked for level. All looked great
