Clecoed foot wells tp forward floor skin and final drilled #40 attach holes Disassembled parts and deburred and dimplecountersunk and machine countersunk as needed Deburred edges of F837 aft control mount Unbolted the flap actuator and marked parts for left or right Cnclecoed floor skins Machine countersunk nutplate attach holes in F805F spacers Machine countersunk nutplate attach holes for F837 control mount Drilled #40 rivet attach holes for forward most Flap Bearing Block. Countersunk for flush rivets and set rivets with modified visegrips Clecoed the bottom floors together. Located stiffeners and separated and deburred edges of stiffeners Clecoed stiffeners to floor skins. Clecoed rear seat back hinge in place and final drilled #30 attach holes Removed hinge and final drilled $30 holes. Made .025 spacer. Clecoed hinge back in place Final drilled #40 all stiffeners and uncelaced hings and stiffeners from floor skins Deburred all previously drilled holes as well as #40 holes in baggage floor. Dimple countersunk those nutplate attach holes for flush rivets on forward side.
