Trimmed the 829C footwells per plans Deburred edges of footwell parts and floors Separated the F805 spacers and removed tab per plans, smoothed and deburred parts Clecoed right and left floors, and associated spacers onto fuselage substructure Clecoed the F834 Baggage Floor onto substructure Clecoed Baggage Shelf into place Clecoed Attach plates to Rear Baggage bulkhead and final drilled #30 FInal drilled #30 holes common between baggage floor, left and right seat floors, and F807 bulkhead Final drilled #30 holes in Baggege Floor and Baggage ribs substructure, and longerons Final drilled #30 holes common with left and right floors and substructure Clecoed F837-1 in place and final drilled #12 holes in florr ribs for AN3 bolts Bolted nutplate upside down and match drilled #40 attach holes in right and left floor skins Located F445 Flap Bearing blocks. Measured and drilled bearing blocks for AN3 bolts. Radiused edges of blocks Fitted a bearing on each end of flap actuator weldment and positioned is on fusleage. Temporarily installed AN3-17A bolts in aft holes and matchdrilled #12 holes in forward end of Bearing Blocks Separated the five F830B-1 stiffeners and deburred the edges Clecoed stiffeners to front seat floor and used four screws to attach front seat floor to maintina alighnment. Matchdrilled #19 hole through F805D bracket and support angle. Drilled #40 holes for nutplates. Countersunk for flush rivets and riveted nutplates to F805D brackets. Clecoed and final drilled #30 holes in bottom half of Front seat back hinge to floor Clecoed the rear foot wells together and final drilled #40 common holes
