Enlarged the hole to 5/8" that the plans call for on riudder cables Manufactured the two F804M seatbelt lug spacers Manufactured theF849 Forward Control Mount Pulled all parts for Centersection Bulkhead assembly. Cleacoed and match drilled the forward and aft bulkheads per plans. This included matchdrilling the 814 seat ramp supports and aft floor supports per plans. Countersunk for nutplates per plans and countersunk the two holes behind the F802G-1 vertical bars. Ran into an issue with the F802G-1 vertical bars that I have sent a message to Vans along with photos to see if I am looking at the plans wrong. Both vertical bars are countersink on the same side which would make them both work for the left side but neither will work for the right side, which is the side that the drawings on page 64 show. Hummm. Will have to see what they say. Dissassembled, edged and deburred all parts and prepared for priming.
