Brief Description:  Firewall

Match drilled F801 angles, gussets, and spacers, F802 and F803 engine mounts to firewall. Dissassembled parts and final drilled F801 angles to #40 for nutplates installation.
Deburred match drilled holes and edged all parts. Will dimple and countersink parts in next session.
Cleaned some nutplates in laquer thinner, dried and primed nutplates that I will attach. This is a process that I have used throughout the job as some nutplates are subject to corrosion.
Decided that I would prime the parts with Epibond W2248 (White) Epoxy Primer from Aircraft Spruce and that will serve as the final coating for all cabin parts. Once that comes in I will prime the parts.
