I intalled the jig to set the aileron bell cranks in neutral postion and adjusted right push tube until I had the control stick level and square with the control column. Adjusted the aileron eyebolts until I had the string within the limits of the wing chord line tooling holes on both wings while the control column was level and the bellcrank was in neutral position. I measured and compared the left bellcrank postion while the right bellcrank was in neurtral postion to insure that both bellcranks were in proper place. Installed flap push rods and made adjustments per plans until each flap was in center line with the ailerons. Connected a 9v battery to the flap motor and moved the falps through the full range of motion. Pulled the fairing parts for wing roots out and studied the procedure for fitting them.
