I had the day off so I spent the day drilling out the lower fuselage skin to wing skin using a hole finder and it worked great. I started with #40 drill for initial hole and then drilled #30. Will eventually drill for #8 screw and nutplates. Located the tank attach angles and clamped them in place then drilled the attach holes and installed bolts. Installed the ailerons and checked for freedom of control movement. Had to trim some of the edges of lightening holes and will clean up the edges once the wings are removed to intsall nutplates. Fabricated the vent lines and connected them. Had to order some AN fittings from Spruce for the fuel lines. Located all of the components needed to fabricate the flap push rods.
