Went to hardware store and picked up some 2x2 red oak boards (actually 1.50x1.50) Cut to length and the ripped to 1 7/16" + Shaped spacers to 1.438 on my upright sander and drilled holes for close tolerance bolts. Reassembled the F804B-2 and A-2 Center section bulkheads with the block spacers and bolts. Installed seat beat lug and the control mount.and torqued nuts to 25 inch pounds per plans Snugged down 1/4inch burnished bolts slightly on spacers. Studied plans regarding rear rudder pedal installation so I could get the nutplate issues settled. Drilled for nutplates in F804 Center section subassembly for installation of rear rudder pedals. Deburred holes
Installed nutplates on forward flange of Center Section Subassembly Riveted the AN470AD4-4 rivets along forward edge of Center Section Installed the 8 snap bushings
