Had some time today to get back started on the airplane so I clamped the canopy to the sliding rail, marked each hole, drilled #40 per plans and cleacoed as I went. Took my time to make sure I was not torquing the canopy in other areas.
Next session I will trim the bottom edge of canopy to fit the rail and remove canopy, then smooth the edges, then debur canopy frame.
