Attached the nose ribs to the counterbalance with blind rivets. Clecoed the leading edge to the counterbalance/rib assembly and riveted the nose ribs to the spar. Clecoed the skins to the spars (leaving out the main ribs and riveted the leading edge skins and trailing edge skins to the top of the spar. Riveted the nose ribs to the top half of the nose skins only per plans. Inserted main ribs and riveted them in place per plans. Installled the 406 and 407 brackets Blind riveted the counterbalance pipe to the leading edge and then riveted the bottom side of the nose ribs to the skins. Riveted the bottom side of the main ribs to the aft skin and blind riveted the leading edge and aft skins to the spar
