Made all the tank stiffeners, edged, and shaped per plans and clecoed them to the T-701 skin. Clecoed the tank skin to the rear baffle and the wing spar and checked for fit to main spar. Unclecoed skin and clecoed tank ribs to the rear baffle. Drilled the attach bracket holes to ful size. Removed the vinyl from the inside of the tank skin. Match drilled the T701 skin to the W-423 Removed the clecoed tank assembly from the wing jig and final drilled all holes to size. Final drilled the attachment angles and the reinforcement plates for each end rib. I will be using flop tubs and the fuel senders from Vans so I made the attachment angles for the end rib and drilled the hole in the rear baffle for the fuel sender.
