I got back into the shop this evening after we got back. I measured the cutout portion on the E714 counterweight and cut out per plans. I then clecoed and riveted the four rivets that held the 703 skin to the 701 skin. Set the counterweight into place and slide the sub assembly into the skin. Clecoed the E701-L skin to the elevator subassembly and then set. Spent the rest of the evening riveting the skin to the subassembly. This was accomplished with the hand squeezer. There were a couple of rivets that will require some special attention on the close areas that I will work on when I have more time.
