I had enought time tonight to do quite a bit but the R710 replacement part is somewhere between Tennessee and Oregon. I riveted the substructure together as far as I could go without the R710 rudder horn bracket.
Checking and calibrating my eye to the 1 1/2 times the diameter of the rivet
