Started working on oil door by cutting out a piece of aluminum that would fit underneath the fiberglass door as a stiffener. Riveted the two pieces together with some fiberglass resin sandwiched in between. Situated the oil door hinge where I thought it would best fit and riveted the hine to cowling with a spacer and resin under the slacer.
