Brief Description: Horizontal Stabilizer

Finished the service bulletin on the horizontal stabilizer this afternon by riveting the nose ribs and main ribs to front spar and rear spar per plans. Fiveted the nutplates into place and riveted the skins to the nose ribs and main ribs.
