Brief Description: Center Section Bolts

Replaced the shorter AN4-11A bolts with the longer AN4-12A bolts. Oiled the bolts really well and placed one og the 960L washers under the bolt head and torqued the bolts from the bolt head. Then fabricated the nut head to fit my long box-in wrench and tested the torque at70inch pounds
