Since I intend on using the Odessy 680 battery I ordered the 680 battery mount and drilled it to the F-801E-R1 and the F-801H-R1 braces. Used 6 AN3-4A bolts, AN960 washers and 1032-365 nut stops to mount the battery holder in place
Decided to mount the two relays (starter and master) in the same area as with the standard battery tray however I opted to cut the relay mounts off Van's battery tray and attach it to the firewall. Marked and drilled the attach holes on relay attach bracket. Match drilled holes to firewall and both ends through the F-801E-R1 and F-801H-R1 braces. Fabricated a stiffener for baggage side of firewall. Match drilled stiffener.
