Brief Description:  Forward Floor Panel

Backriveted the F867D-1 stiffener to the Cooling Air Ramp and set it aside until later on in the assembly.
Installed K1000-6 nutplates on crossmembers and countersunk for #6 screws.
Riveted K1000-8 nutplates to bottom of forward floor panel
Clecoed the F802K1/L1 crossmembers, intercostal ribs, and floor ribs to foreward floor panel and started riveting per plans. To make it easier, once I knew I had all of the pieces in the right place, I disassembled and started riveting by riveting the intercostal ribs first. Cleacoed the aft crossmember and aft ribs in one place on the crossmember. Using the offset rivet and bucking bar I was able to set the AN470AD4--5 rivets in the F802L1 crossmember and F836 floor ribs. Once those rivets were set I back riveted the F802L crossmember to the F822 floor panel, between the intercoatal ribs per plans. Then it was just a matter of backriveting the F836R/L floor ribs in place.

Clecoed the F802K-1 crossmember in place and did not rivet to F822 as this will come later in the project.

Match drilled the Right and Left Gear Box assemblies per plans. Countersunk parts for K1000-8 nutplates. Countersunk #30 holes on forward side of right landing gearbox where it attaches to F802ER-1 angle and countersunk #40 holes on same side for nutplates.

Disassembled part, deburred, edged and scuffed parts in preparation for primer
