I had to revisit the lower cowling hinge pins due to the exhaust being in the way now. I studied it for a while, prayed for wisdom on how to do it without screws, etc and came up with this design of inserting the pins from the lower side of the cowl and securing them with a hole drilled in an hinge eyelet.
