Located the trim cable anchor and measured and drilled attach holes in cover plate for attaching the trim cable anchor. Primed anchor and after it dried I riveted the anchor in place. Test fitted the cover plate onto trim cable. Will have to take out some slack from the cable to make it work as the trim cable is too long at present.
