Mixed up some resin and layed up several layers of fiberglass on lower cowling scoop to make the scoop fit the air box. I know the hole looks smaller in the pick but that is just an illusion as the cowl is upsdide down in the pic and the scoop tunnel actually goes down to fit the air filter box. While the resin was drying I mixed up some body icing and spread over portions of the lower cowl. While all of that was drying I fabricated a bracket to mount the "red cube" fuel flow sensor and drilled hole in rear baffle assembly for supply hose. No pci on that.
