Went to a local shop today and cut out the gussets for the forward outboard portion of the air ramps. Cut out the pieces and fitted them to the ramps. Trimmed the 701 and 711 baffles that go over the front portion of the engine. Trimmed and fitted the lower portions to the engine and ramps. Fabricated the angle braces and drilled and cleacoed them in place. Drilled and cleacoed the outboard gussets to the main air ramps. Trimmed the top portion of the 701 and 711 baffles to the top cowling until I was satisfied with the fit.
