The top of the turtle deck bow and its bracing as well as the rest of the turtle deck bracing were welded. In the afternoon the seat was welded. Since the seat was tack welded to the fuselage, it is difficult to weld the four sides and have to rotate the fuselage in order to get a better positioning to weld.
