Brief Description:  Tack Weld Tail Area

Firstly checked all tubing that need to be tack that there are ready and fit nicely. Starting the tack at sta 154 3/8 but due to long break in welding had caused the tip of the horizontal to burnt. The same thing happened at sta 115 3/8. Proceed tacking with others and it gone smoothly. ( 2 1/2 hrs) Metal tubing for the horizontal at sta 115 3/8 and 154 3/8 was re done and it fits nicely. Re tacked at sta 154 3/8 but it loosen up. Did another tack, one end ok but the other come loose. To re tack. After tack weld sta 115 3/8 found that there was a hole at the frame near the vertical diagonal at sta 115 3/8. To close up the hole during the next tack weld. At Sta 0.0, re tacked the diagonal tube. The frame tube was pre heated so that it will maintain a true frame position. All the G clamps are removed and the frame sit nicely on the table top.
