Brief Description:  Aiileron Bellcrank and Re-enforcement

For many reasons that I will not go into here I have decided to use aileron push rods in lew of the designed aileron and balance cables. There is a well thought out post on the matronics forum about aileron push rods for the zodiac, and it seems many opinions on the best way to do this. I tried to incorporate the best of those ideas without going way overboard. I used standard "l" angles both longitudinally and laterally to try and spread the load of the push to a larger area as well as use AN3 bolts with safety wired castle nuts to secure the brackets for the aileron bell crank. I'm not convinced that any of this is necessary but it is a lot easier to do this now than later (for obvious reasons). This project took a long time, or so it seemed. I hope it was worth it.
I took a lot of filing to get the brackets right. I finally broke down and bought a vixen metal mover file which made the shaping a little easier.
