The aileron contruction was as straight forward as the flaps. The biggest difference was the fabrication of the aileron control horns out of strait 6061-T6. It wasn't difficult but did take some time on the band saw and file. You do need to induce a twist in the construction to create washout since the wing is built with no washout.
