Brief Description: Steps 1-3 ( Match drilling the skin)
Final drilled the skin to vertical stabilizer with #41 reamer.
Match drilled skin to the nose rib VS-705 in 2 front holes with 3/32 drill, then final drilled those holes with #41 reamer. Repeated the same steps with VS-706 Tip Rib.
Markede the location and orientation of the brackets #1 for top, #2 for bottom. After removing most of the clecoes used ruller and mini torch to remove blue plastic in the areas of the rivets.
Disassembled vertical stabilizer completely.
At the end of the day riveted doubler plate to the front spar as per drawing.
