Brief Description:  Step 6-7 rear spar assembly/ribs

Finished fluting ribs. Clecoed all ribs and spar assembly together, everything lined up perfectly. Final drilled all rib connections with #30 reamer. Proceded to skin vertical stabilizer. It was very hard to go around nose rib and tip rib, and in doing so put a slight bend in the forward section of the tip rib but it wasn' t nothing serious. After I finished placing the skin i noticed that there were sligh bumps on the skin around nose tip, and at this point I re-read what they meant by radiusing nose rib. Manual said that you need tp form the rib so as not to force it in, thats where I realized that more work was needed on the nose rib. To make smooth transitions on the notches and the tips I used a piece of plywood in the vice and a small hammer. It took me about 3 hours to form nose rib and tip rib.At the end it was good fit without bumps at the tips.
