In step 2 match drilled all holes with 3/32 drill bit. Then top 4 reamed with #40, and bottom 6 that will be dimpled with #41. As per Orests sugestion used mitre saw to cut bottom piece. Tried doing practice run and almost damaged the piece by ripping some of it out.I cut the piece with aviation snips about 1/8 of the inch from the line and shaved to length with scotch wheel. Worked out good. Debured VS-01401.
