Clecoed two modified inboard HS-905 ribs to the front spar. Match drilled 2 extra holes with 1/8" drill. Removed nose ribs and clecoed 2 modified inspar ribs, drilled 1/8" middle holes, then reamed all holes with #30 reamer. Removed inspar ribs and clecoed back nose ribs and reamed them with #30 reamer. Removed and mark all parts so they will be reasembled into the same spots, Marked all holes that will not be dimpled. Set up the sqeezer on the bench to dimple flanges of the ribs, Used reduced diameter female die. Dimpled all ribs for AN426AD3 rivets.
