Brief Description: Step #2 - 6 Drilling and C-sinking
Finished reaming 3/32" holes with #40 reamer in the top spar cap. Clecoed HS-00907-1 doubler. Reamed #30 1/8 holes except those indicated in figure #1. Final drilled #12 four 3/16 holes common to the spar and the doubler. Used drill press to final-drilled 2 holes indicated in the diagram. C-sunk 12 holes on the doubler called out in figure 1. Backed out AD 3 c-sink 10 clics then adjusted it to flush on the first hole. Finished c-sinking 9 middle holes on top and bottom flanges
