Started deburing HS-905 nose ribs. Used thin file, deburring tool and scotch pad to deburr first rib. Didn't like the result, because material is too thin and deburring tool removes too much material and left chatter. To deburr second nose rib used thin file, fine grit sand paper and scotch pad. Obtained very good results. Will continue deburring in latter method.
