Brief Description: Step #4 Hinge Brakets

Tried to clecoe hinge braket to the spar without success. Powder coating made 1/8" holes too small for clecoe to pass. Drilled out all holes on the bench press with 1/8" drill. Clecoed hinges to the spar then reamed with #30 reamer.
