Can't continue on Rudder because of the missing tools and tip rib so I decided to start working on horizontal stabilizer. Found parts in the crate and started to deburr rear spar and spar doubler using die grinder with 3M wheel, and file on the lond edges. Finished deburring doubler. Left some deburring on the spar for the next time.
