45 min to modify c-sinkig plate for thicker trailing edges. Used 4 pieces of angle. This hold trailing edges very snug without any extra movement. Then spent 45 min setting up drill press for approx .007' depth of counter sink. Few holes worked out a bit deeper due to heavy hand pressure. Changed hand positioning on the handle and countersiks started to be consistent.
