Deburred E-913 and E-904 tip ribs, Checked that the flanges are 90 deg and fluted ribs to make them flat. Clecoed them together and attached counterbalance skin. Holes on one of the flanges didn't allign. Took the skin off and adjusted front flange. Re-installed skin and holes alligned this time.
