Got some hardware from HomeDepot. Built a frame for C-sinking on drill press ( 45 min to build it).Dimpled piece of aluminum same thickness as skins, then proceeded to set up drill press for correct depth using spare piece. Determined that 0.0065" deeper than flush works well will C-sink trailing edge using this depth. ( 2 hours). Becasue trailing edge was reamed with #41 reamer pilot on c-sink is too tight, so I used #40 reamer to enlarge holes on the entire length of trailing edge. (15 min). After proceeded to c-sink all holes on both sides of the trailing edge, checking every hole for correct c-sink depth. (2.5 hrs)
