Brief Description: Steps 6 - 7 Disassembling and dimpling parts
Started the day with debrring holes on all skeleton parts ( 1.25 hrs). Set up the squeezer to dimple parts for step #7, after few holes tried dimpling on DRDT and got better results using reduced female die, continued dimpling with later method. ( 1.75 hrs to do all internal parts). Then debured all holes on both sides of both skins. Using roller tool placed slight break in the trailing edge of the skins, made sure to bend in the correct direction. Worked out 9/10, tool works good but the skins are very thin and it was easy to side track.Also, finished dimpling L skin on DRDT and shut down for the day.
