Brief Description: Step #10-11 Working on counterbalance
Dimpled #12 hole in the counterbalance rib for AN509 countersumk screw. Drilled test sample with #12 drill bit and dimpled it as above. Switched one of the c-sunk cages to 509 countersink. Started countersinking E- 614-020 counterweight. Slowly deepened the hole until test sample sat flat on the weight. Worked out very well and it sits nice and flat inside the rib. Deburred and fluted new R-912 rib.
