I am finding the brake mount incredibly fiddly. It has to be precise in all axis’ to not have the rotor scrape on the calliper or disk pad. Drilled, heated and bent the mount to where I thought it needed to be and then tacked it in place. The heat from the tack weld is enough to pull the steel ever so slightly out of alignment. Will give it some thought overnight but will probably use thin washers to space the calliper at the top and bottom screw points and see how it goes.
Turns out the calliper has adjustment screws built into the chassis. Still needed to add a spacer to keep the inner part of the wheel away from the bottom of the gear leg.
