This is the pulley bracket for the 1" pulley on the control tube. Formed around a 3/4" tube to allow for spring back then clamped in the vise, it fits perfectly over the 1" 6061T6 tube. Initially only had 2-1/2" pulley but then found the 1" and cut the bracket shorter. Plan on using AN393 clevis pins with aluminium washers and cotter pins as they are slightly lighter than AN3 bolts and accommodating nuts.
