Knocked up these fittings from the 1/2" 6061-T6 extrusion. The Scotch-Brite wheel smooths the edges and removes surface scratching. Glued timber supports between the spar caps and the webbing. Plans say 30" out from the first rib which is hard up against the rib #3. This is fine on the front spar however on the rear spar the diagonal timber butts up against rib #3 leaving no room for the lower part of the fitting to hang the necessary 1/2" below the wing so I moved the supports to the 35" mark between the lightening holes.
